Details
  1. 1.    Agri gold Projects LTD offers sale of plots of 150, 200,300,400 and above sq.yards in sy.nos ,9,34,40,121,122 etc situated at sheriguda/Madhapur village ,farooq bagar mandal, Mahaboobnagar Dist.
    2.    The entire venture would be fenced and secured (no individual plot fencing provided).
    3.    Pricing and Schemes Details
    a.    Down payment (within 45 days from the date of initial payment) -Rs.1299/Sq.yards.
    b.    Installment scheme (within months from the date of initial payment) -Rs.1350/Sq.yards.
    4.    Plots will be allotted and allotment letter shall be issued strictly on the payment of the allotment amount of
    a.    Rs.30, 000/- for 150 sq.yds plot.
    b.   Rs.40, 000/- for 200 or 300 sq.yds plot and
    c.    Rs.60, 000/- for 400 sq.yds plot.
    5.    Plots lying on North or North east corner shall cost Rs.100/- per Sq.yard.  extra over and above the price fixed for other plots as per (3) above.
    6.    The North facing plots abutting 80 feet wide road shall cost Rs.100/- Per Sq.Yard extra over and above the fixed price for the other plots , as per (3) above .
    7.    In all the schemes mentioned above registration /incidental charges are extra
    8.    Monthly installments have to pay before the 25th of every month and company’s printed receipt shall be obtained by the customer as proof of payment. If a member fails to pay regular installments, he/she will be declared as defaulter and his/her plot will be cancelled without further notice and all the amounts the paid till then by such member shall stand fortified.
    9.    The company shall, at the request of the member, enter in to agreement of sale, on receipt of 50 % of total amount for the plot booked and registration of sale deed shall be made after the payment of the entire amount agreed upon.
    10. None of the company employees or others are authorized to make any promise/commitment/overselling to any customers for anything that is beyond or contrary to the terms and conditions as mentioned herein. The company shall not be responsible or liable for such promises. In respect of plot allotment, the promises of any other person are valid except the written intimation of the General Manger (MKtg).
    11. All the payments should be made by way of Demand Drafts/Account Payee Cheques only, drawn in favor of AGRIGOLD PROJECTS LTD payable at Hyderabad .All the receipts issued against Demand drafts / Account payee cheques shall be subject to realization

Club Membership and Other Detail



·         The members would be entitled for “Life Time” membership free in the resort proposed to be developed by the company.
·         The clubhouse membership is non-transferable and is liable to cancellation on account of non adherence to rules and regulations.
·         All the members, after initial payment of allotment amount, shall be entitled for a privileged family membership in the club for a total of six family members only . The membership is granted as per terms and conditions of the club membership regarding utilization of facilities and payment of utility charges etc. The members are advised to go through the terms and conditions of club membership. The membership is not transferable and if any member sells the plot, he/she shall cease to be a member of the club, but the buyer of the plot from the member is entitled to become a member of club on payment of nominal membership transfer fee. The membership of the members shall be discontinued if the member fails to pay up-to-date payment or defaulter.
·         The family members of the member means 1) The member 2) Wife/husband 3) Children 4) Dependant Parents i.e. total 6 members.
·         The members on becoming the permanent members of the club, shall be entitled to use the club facilities as per the prevailing rules and regulations of the club applicable from time to time and shall maintain the environmental aesthetics of the club and shall not do anything to cause inconvenience to the other visitors of the club . The eco – friendly atmosphere of the venture shall be maintained under all circumstances by the member and his family members. The member must abide by the rules and regulations framed by the company in respect of plots maintenance as well as development in the area.
·         The entry in to the club shall be free to the member and his family members as detailed in clause 10.
·         The company reserves its right to alter layout partly or fully accordingly, the final plot shall be allotted.
·         The plot shall be registered in the name of the member or family member as detailed in clause 10 only.
·         The company shall not be responsible for any loss on account of God or circumstances beyond the control of management or due to change in the public policy of the state or due to any legislation.
·         All the disputes arising between the parties, if any shall be subject o jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
·         The board reserves the right to accept or reject any application without saying any reasons.
